SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

We offer shipping of our live plants in 3.5" pots up to 1 gallon. We will be shipping via USPS Priority in either a flat rate medium box starting at $18 or a flat rate large box starting at $23. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be dependent on the size of the order. You can expect your order in 3-5 business days. We package the plants in either their pots of mesh lining and secure it to the box. We pay close attention and package our plants with care, however, we can not guarantee the survivorship of live plants via shipping. If you have any issues with the plant upon receipt email info@ameliasnativewildflowers.com with photos of the issues immediately so we can workout a solution.

Delivery: Local deliveries $10

At Amelia's Native Wildflowers we strive to get your plants to you quickly and safely. That's why we offer delivery services for a flat rate of $10 to customers located in Nassau County. Orders over $100 have free local delivery. Once you place your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.. We take great care to ensure your plants are delivered promptly and in the best condition possible. If you choose to have your plants delivered, please be sure to inspect them upon delivery and state whether you accept the plants or not. If you do not accept the plants, we will take them back and offer a full refund. If you are not present for the delivery, you waive the right to a refund. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Return Policy

We take great pride in providing the highest quality of plants to our customers. However, due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We cannot guarantee the survival of the plants due to environmental factors that are beyond our control. If you are having issues with your plants, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can work together to troubleshoot the issue and work towards a solution.

Cancellation Policy

At Amelia's Native Wildflowers Nursery, we understand that sometimes plans change. To cancel an order with us, please call/text 904-206-8551 or email info@ameliasnativewildflowers.com. Cancellations must be made and confirmed at least 24 hours before delivery or appointment time. Please include your name, order number and contact information to ensure that your order is correctly canceled. We thank you for your understanding.
